Refund Policy

When an order is confirmed on the www.mjkoils.com website then the Debit / Credit Card used is debited with the full value of the order.

MJK Oils will always endeavour to make prompt deliveries, but during busy times, poor weather conditions and/or circumstances beyond our control, some deliveries may be delayed and MJK Oils cannot accept responsibility for these delays.

If, as a result of any of these delays, your order is not delivered then MJK Oils will refund the full value of the order amount originally received and this refund will be processed back to the Debit / Credit Card used to place the order.

Likewise, if the amount delivered is less than the amount ordered then MJK Oils will refund the difference back to the Debit / Credit Card used to place the order.

All refunds from www.mjkoils.com are processed through our Merchant Service Provider and the Banking system, and may take some days to complete.
