Unleaded Petrol |
Unleaded
Petrol is a 91octane (low octane) grade fuel that has
not been treated with a lead compound (as required by
legislation 1986). All vehicles produced since that date
must use unleaded fuel.
The liquid and vapour are extremely flammable. The
vapour may cause dizziness. It has a strong odour &
either colourless or light amber in colour.
M & J KELLEHER Ltd supply unleaded petrol to filling
stations in the Cork / Kerry region.

Ad Blue |

Following the introduction of New EURO 4 and 5 emissions
levels for all commercial vehicles over 3.5 tonnes; the
commercial market now requires AdBlue where 'Selective
Catalytic Reduction' (SCR) systems are fitted.
AdBlue is the DIN 70 070 quality standard reagent to be
used in Euro 4 and Euro 5 vehicles equipped with
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems on Diesel
fuelled HGVs to reduce the level of emissions from the
engine of the vehicle. These harmful emissions are known
as Nitrous Oxides (NOx).
AdBlue fully complies with DIN70070, AUS32 and CEFIC
quality standards.
AdBlue is a very pure urea solution that can only be
used on trucks and buses fitted with SCR technology.
As a result of this new demand, M & J KELLEHER Ltd can
now supply AdBlue in a variety of pack sizes from Bulk,
1,000 litre IBCs, 205 litre barrels, 18 litre & 5 litre
drums. |

Agricultural Diesel/Gas
Oil |
| Gas oil
is known as Agricultural, Green or Tractor diesel. It is
used as Home heating oil in a lot of older oil burners.

- It is green in
colour and can be known as 35 sec oil.
- It is illegal to use
Gas Oil as a fuel in road vehicles.
- It can be used for
construction and farm machinery, off road vehicles,
auxiliary & marine engines and on road vehicles e.g.
fridges and concrete mixers on trucks.
- It is used for
heating systems in commercial building's and also for
domestic houses with out-side boilers.
- It has a low vat
rate of 13.5%
